New Village at Patchogue project has almost completed construction of all structures in their vertical rise. Roof trusses are topping off Buildings 3 and 4 to the West while Buildings 2, 1, and 5 are fully roofed. Siding systems at Buildings 2 and 1 are very far along with trim details at Decks being completed. The building elevations present many different features and with much in place, the true charm of the buildings is becoming evident.
Exterior site features are being prepared to accommodate parking lot, sidewalk and landscape features and interior features are becoming a primary focus in the move toward completed buildings.
Exterior Brick and Stone are commencing at Building 5 while these features are nearing completion already at Buildings 1 and 2.
The interior of Building 1 is being trimmed, painted and tiled with cabinetry and floorcovering features moving forward as well. Building 2 is currently being sheetrocked and similar progress is soon to follow at Building 5.

Teachers Federal Credit Union chose to open a branch at 31 West Main Street in the heart of TRITEC’s New Village Development
The space designed by Joseph T. Matthews Architects and constructed by TRITEC Building Company, Inc. The branch is beautifully appointed incorporating, white wainscoting, wall covering and original brick accents from the 1800’s.
When 31 West Main Street was purchased by TRITEC as part of TRITEC's redevelopment in Patchogue the building was indisrepair and in need of major renovations. TRITEC restored the building back to it’s original character replacing the third floor and replicating the original cornice built in 1897. TRITEC has been blending the elements of the original structure into the current design and functionality of the building for our new tenants.
Waiting for a coat of varnish.
We pulled out the white (ugh) wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs, sanded and stained the original pumpkin pine floors (swoon).
In the office we knocked down the wall that was enclosing the chimney, painted the walls a happy shade of pear green (Spring Dust by Benjamin Moore).
No social niceties here. No small talk. Pure business late on a Friday night. Can't imagine how many pissed off people these guys have to deal with. They could charge a little less though.
