We hired a man called Mario who was a pro at moving trains and trams - its his business and he made this special truck/trailer to accommodate trams and carriages.

Dad, Rosie and myself just caught him turning off the highway onto our road at the right time, he was just coming over the hill. The two cranes that we had hired to lift the tram had just past us, on their way to set up in time for the tram to arrive.

very exciting considering that we didn't know we'd even won the tram until 2 weeks after the latest time they gave us for a response.

When Poody's not nursing or cleaning her babies, she is asleep. She and I are profoundly sleep-deprived at the moment.

Oh well, what else is a man to do in a situation like this?

Notice the imprint the wing left on take-off.

This little Westie figurine is made of cast iron and weighs a ton. My late oh-so-loved baby boy, Speeder, a Cairn terrier, used to patrol the house once or twice every night, checking all the doors and windows; then, he would return to bed. After he died, I found this adorable Westie to take over Speeder’s job for him so he didn’t have to worry about us.

As you can see, this Westie was originally designed to be a planter, but to me, he is a toy and I play with him as a toy. Since, he is “Off Duty”; he is not wearing his Top Banana patrol hat.

Quite unexpectedly while riding a mountainbike through the woods around my hometown I happened to hear noise and shouts. It turned out to be an off-road championship, with lots of spectators. It was crazy, but it was fun.
