This is yesterdays photo. I am debating whether or not changing it to 75 days of summer since I start school in 14 days.
The next few posts are images that I took today in The Botanical Gardens at Glasnevin, Dublin, Ireland. I visit these gardens every year but left it a bit late this year as much of the colour is going at this stage. Although it was a windy day, I managed to get a few images which I hope you all enjoy. I have used my Nikon 105mm f2.8 as well as my 70 - 200mm f2.8 Vr2. Do'nt use the 105mm often enough but when I do I find the sharpness superb.

A Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus) takes off in search of dinner. These falcons have been clocked at an excess of 200 mph on their hunting runs, in which they spot their prey from way above and go into a near vertical dive to snatch them out of the air. One of the most efficient and awesome predators out there.

“Oh, yes, we do remember!”
“Good. There is a lot of mail to process. It’s a good thing Santa build a new post office where you can do all the work of sorting all this mail.”
“I thought this was new. I’m glad Santa can afford to keep things modern here at the North Pole.”
“It took a lot of work but it is nicer.”
“And warmer, too!”
“Good. Now, you’ll have about two hours to get this all done. Snappy, snappy!”
