I really have no idea where this comes from. To a botanist, this place must be like Ikea for young college co-eds.
the sky was absolutely weird that day, there was this dark fringe of clouds in the top, and you could see the sunny sky underneath it.
I picked up this grab bag of yarn odd balls the same day I got the blue J Crew Sweater.
All mystery yarn. I'm pretty sure they're all acrylic or synthetic blends of some kind. I paid $1 for the lot.
This odd couple had a overgrown meadow near the Dommel. Since I wanted to get closer to the Dommel I decided to enter their area. Curious as they where they started following me up to a few meters, which was actually quite frighting since they were rather big. Luckily I was able to get this shot at the beginning while they were checking me out.

Ozzy was sleeping in this odd sleeping position. It was even funnier when I was sitting in the chair with him. His eyes were closed, his face was pointing up, and his teeth were showing more. His eyes are opened here, but he is asleep. LOL!

They told me the place was evil. They told me this in Arkham, and because that is a very old town full of witch legends I thought the evil must be something which grandams had whispered to children through centuries. The name "blasted heath" seemed to me very odd and theatrical, and I wondered how it had come into the folklore of a Puritan people. Then I saw that dark westward tangle of glens and slopes for myself, and ceased to wonder at anything beside its own elder mystery. It was morning when I saw it, but shadow lurked always there

Not sure on the date of this one. Maybe 1930's - 40's.
Cute kids. For some reason the little guy reminds me of Van Morrison.

I should have taken a pre-picture of Miss G's Hardrock Comp before filing away the odd schmegma. Pic stolen from here: www.bikeforums.net/mountain-biking/252990-older-specializ... I was working in a bike shop when these hit the market, figured it was a way to have horizontal dropouts, then the lawyers decided that the brakes "could" hit the tires if you didn't pull them back to the same place every time. This was also at the beginning of the fork tip lawyer lips, which were ground off on this rebuild, natch.
