yes they look odd - but what fun.

I saw this adorable kitten today at Petco. It had just been brought in by one family and was immediately being adopted by another family. The kitten was amazingly laid-back and enjoyed resting on his new dad's arm for a long time. He was going to a home with two little girls who were giddy with excitement. I wish I had gotten a better photo to show off his odd-colored eyes (one blue, one yellow). He also had a light gray smudge on the top of his head. The family that brought him in had fostered him after finding him wandering around in a parking lot. Lucky little guy!

After giving up walking along a crowded Regents Street I attempted a shortcut through Carneby Street and found this about two stories above the street.

Up to the top floor baby!

First time I have seen an Odd Fellows sign like this. On the other Odd Fellow halls I've done there was no sign like this.

Am now waiting for a friend to arrive, keeping out of the rain in a

KFC. As usual am surfing, flickring etc when I hear something hit the glass wall & fall to

the ground. The guy who just arrives next to me has just pushed the

abandoned water bottle on the bench onto the floor. So odd. A small

gesture but it struck me as quite aggressive and unthinking. The

bottle could have easily been ignored or moved away but it was flicked

off. And he leaves soon with his empty cup left behind.

I guess I am a bit surprised as people here are usually

community oriented, clean up themselves and would normally just put it in the bin without a second thought.
