Well I didn't go with Sam today. My dog Penny is not doing well. She just got off an antibiotic and is still having problems. Sigh So I stayed home with her....it is what it is for the short term, hopefully.
I was out in the yard picking up "stuff" when I noticed this odd bug that had ahold of Rocket's upper lip!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my fingers and "snapped it" off of him!!! Rocket didn't appear hurt but I get kinda pay attention when we have encounters with odd bugs!!!! Anyone see this thing before??? It seemed to be more down deep in the grass!???? Check out the claws? Maybe it's a "designer slug!"

Many new (and some current) clients find the combination of my daytime portfolio work and forcefeed:swede confusing. For some time I have hung my work portfolio off the back of my art for arts sake site, forcefeed:swede (via a 'work' folder).
It's time to split the two and rebrand Oz Dean, the Digital Art Director at ozdean.com.
This is the start of a large amount of work to achieve this. I intend to redesign the site, newsletter, invoice and business cards.

I snapped this photo with my Canon Rebel T5 on Christmas Day 2016. The building's upper floor shown here served as the Odd Fellows Hall for many years. Because of declining membership and the limitations presented by a second floor location, the group sold the building in 1997. Poor John's Appliances, Coiffures by Tony, The Gallery, Quick Gym, and a variety of other businesses have occupied the ground floor. Next Level Gymnastics occupies the second floor today. The building can be seen at 300 N. Main in McPherson, Kansas.
Soo 6058 and 1551 east are in the midst of a rather unusual move at Watertown. Rolling into town on the wrong main, they head east, over the crossover back to the eastbound main, then hit reverse and back all the way up past the CNW diamond on the eastbound rails. Track work to the east likely required the odd move. August 1991
With N21 train almost through ARK I took this shot of a Conrail bathtub in the mix with all the NS coal cars. This ending a night of trial and error
Testing my Sony E 3.5-5.6 / 18-55mm objective with Kooka 21+16mm extension tubes for macro shots. Wasn't very impressed, hard to get good focus.

From the vegie patch over the weekend. Set up on a sheet of white cardboard by the back window. Some very tiny blobs of blutack cloned out, levels and curves (smartcurve plugin) adjusted in PSE6.

1979 saw the 150th anniversary of the introduction of omnibuses to London by George Shillibeer, and London Transport proposed to repeat its Silver Jubilee SRM success with a fleet of sponsored buses in Shillibeer livery. In the event it proved more difficult to attract sponsors (£10,000 each) this time, and after a trial run using RM2 there were twelve RMs, one DM, as seen here and the cinema-bus RCL. There was no renumbering this time, and the buses received their very dark green livery as they were overhauled, ready for the sesquicentenary on 2nd March 1979. They ran wearing the sponsors' advertising until the end of November, and then were repainted into red as opportunity arose.
DM2646 was the Fleetline chosen and was also the last of the DMSs. It wore a simplified version of the livery and was the vehicle that Leyland had insisted on to advertise their expertise in bus building, with front adverts for the Titan and the National, and rather odd side adverts that seemed ashamed of the Leyland name. This was advertising?
Wearing Cricklewood route 16 blinds it appeared at the official celebration at London's Guildhall on 2nd March 1979, with the twelve RMs. Subsequently it was used at Muswell Hill on route 134, and at Brixton.
It is seen here on 24 March 1979, just weeks after the official unveiling at Grosvenor Place, Victoria working a 16A to Maida Vale.
This shot is the photo that we use for the background of our site. I’ve always liked it and thought that maybe some of you might like it too. I also think I have some kind of attachment to the little pink guy, maybe it’s that he feels left out, or maybe it’s because the pink one of these candies is the tastiest.
