The objective of the workshop is to prepare a financial sustainability and effectiveness plan for UNDP to ensure that Country Offices are well equipped to operate effectively and efficiently to improve the lives of the people. The workshop also discussed how UNDP turns its universally accepted relevance and recognized leadership in key areas of development into stronger focus as well as results. With the launch of the new strategy UNDP will enhance its cooperation with the governments as a reliable and trusted partner, rather than a donor fostering broader collaboration. This workshop brought together UNDP staff from almost UNDP offices in Eastern Europe and CIS.

Objective 3: Elements and Principles of Design
The principles of design demonstrated (describe the use): The flowers are more in focus on the left intersection point in the rule of thirds. i fixed the contrast and put a lighting mask on it, i dont remember what it was.
The elements of design demonstrated (describe the use): I emphasised the color of the flowers to make them pop more.
Objective 4: Lighting
Type of lighting and why: I used more of just the lighting in the room so it was top lighting, and i had a diffusion panel over top to try to fix the lighting athough it didnt fix it to much.
Objective 5: Post Production (ex. dust/spot removal, contrast, white balance, sharpening, borders, etc.)
Corrections/adjustments made:I resized the photo and did a little bit of color correction but not much.
Objective was to inform, present, and engage government, policymakers, and other stakeholders on the UNDP’s proposed Outcomes and Outputs of CPD 2023-2027.
Made these out of plexi.
The design was done up in a photo editor and desk top design program, then printed - reversed - on decal paper and applied to the reverse of the Plexiglas.
The decal was sealed with a gloss coat and the back was sprayed a desert tan and then felt was applied to the back. They aren't perfect, you can see where I mucked up cutting the plexi on the middle one, but they came out okay.
Our objective is to simulate links between policy goals (social and environmental needs) and market solutions (business opportunities) . MinkaDev’s approach allows to create these links by attracting and structuring inclusive business aligned to public policy goals. The simulation to be done during the SwitchMed Connect will be the base for a co-creation project in 2016. This project will be connected to the SwitchMed policy and green entrepreneurship activities. This simulation process will set the bases for opening more green, inclusive business opportunities in the Mediterranean region through Minka-dev’s marketplace.
When seen from the glacier the striking feature of this peak is the snowy NE arête. This drew our
