The objective was to take the other spider (left to the main one), but it wasn't perfect since it was inside its web funnel, about to eat a prey.
O objetivo era pegar a aranha do fundo, mas não saiu perfeito pois ela estava dentro do seu funil de teia comendo uma presa.
Walking around yesterday, enjoying the octobersun. Great to see how this late flowers give color to the environment.
It's movie time! After grabbing some food, we've decided to watch a new movie, Man of Steel.
This is objective time, specifically the "scene time" type of objective time. This is a small part of an event that usually takes place in the same location during a sequence of time. Although this photo does not capture the entire length of the movie, it is perceived that we will be here for a designated amount of time to watch the movie.

Objective 3: Elements and Principles of Design
The principles of design:
1. Emphasis:
-Everything is off to the sides, and the middle isn’t so crowded because of the reflection of the plants above
2. Contrast:
-The darker plants in the reflection stand out more, rather than the coloured plants that isn’t that outstanding
3. Balance:
-The moss crosses (stays in image) throughout the whole image
4. Unity:
-Everything in the image is where it’s supposed to be (fits perfectly in image)
The elements of design:
1.Line:
-Curved/straight plants throughout whole image
2. Colour:
-All warm colours in image
3. Texture:
-Rough plants are grown and come out of the still water
4. Tone/Value:
- The dark shadows/spots in the moss
-Reflection in the water
Objective 4: Lighting
Type of lighting and why:
1.Soft:
-No hash shadows
-Looks 3D in some areas
2. Side:
-Some light is coming from sides of the plants and in water
-Makes it look more 3D
Objective 5: Post Production (ex. dust/spot removal, resize, contrast, white balance, sharpening, borders, etc.)
Corrections/adjustments made AND/OR techniques applied:
Corrections/Adjustments:
-Could adjust the colour of the plants and moss to bring it up looking more vibrant
-Brought in more blur to the plants closer in the image
Objective 6: Critique
Analyse your photograph for strengths and areas for improvement (consider elements and principles of design, lighting, exposure, overall feel, etc.)
Improvement:
-The darkness of the shadows in the water= make it look darker
- Brighten the green parts (moss)
I really like Ann (far left). She was great in guitar lessons. I didn't meet Marisa. Drummer Cindy is from around my parts.
A simulation of what I might look like with a 'tache. Tom Selleck was the donor of the original pixels.
