Recipe:
Stir-fried Bean Sprouts
Ingredients:
4 small bean curds – cut into bite-size
500 g bean sprouts – plucked away the roots, washed and drained
100 g lean pork – sliced and seasoned with soy sauce and corn flour
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Olive oil for cooking
Seasonings:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Fish sauce, pepper, pinch of sugar and ajinomoto to taste
Method:
1. Fried bean curds in olive oil till golden in colour, remove to a serving plate.
2. Add in some olive oil to the same frying pan, fry garlic till aroma arises, put in pork and stir-fry till colour changes.
3. Add in bean sprouts and all the seasonings. Toss the contents in the work till the bean sprouts sweat and toss it a little longer till just done and crunchy.
4. Serve with fried tofu.
Note:
Toss: I always do this with a spatula and a pair of chopsticks. I believe the contents will cook more evenly with this action.

During manufacture of S-M-A s-26, the casein portion of the protein is partially replaced by lactalbumin and heat-treated so that it forms a fine, flocculent, almost liquid curd which is easily digested in the baby's stomach.
The minerals in S-M-A s-26 help form healthy teeth and bones and help protect your baby against dehyration in situations of stress, such as hot weather, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea.
The proper quantity of all known essential vitamins are added to S-M-A s-26. This means that your baby is receiving regularly, with each feeding, sufficient vitamins for normal body functions.
These modifications provide your baby with the prepared formula which most closely resembles mother's milk in composition, digestibility and nutritional value.

Walking also implies habit. When we speak of a man's walk and conversation, we mean his habits, the constant tenour of his life.
Now, if we sometimes enjoy Christ, and then forget Him; sometimes call Him ours, and anon lose our hold, that is not a habit; we do not walk in Him. We must keep to Him, cling to Him, never let Him go, but live and have our being in Him.
"As ye have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in Him"; persevere in the same way in which ye have begun, and, as at the first Christ Jesus was the trust of your faith, the source of your life, the principle of your action, and the joy of your spirit, so let Him be the same till life's end; the same when you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, and enter into the joy and the rest which remain for the people of God.
O Holy Spirit, enable us to obey this heavenly precept.

With warmer days ahead, it’s time to start thinking salads. Here’s one that’s simply delicious, a perfect melding of sweet, tart and peppery flavors. It’s also highly nutritious, too, with some of nature’s most healthful ingredients: watercress, strawberries and California almonds. And, as an added bonus, this salad takes just 10 minutes to prepare.
If you don’t have a whisk for the Honey-Balsamic Dressing, just combine the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake it. It won’t incorporate as well as a whisk but the dressing will be just fine for the salad.
If you can’t find watercress, substitute arugula.
