Kanpei had a lot of nutritious food, which included white rice and Natto (fermented soybeans) Mitsuyo prepared and some sausages and scrambled eggs the hotel served for breakfast this morning.

 

Hiki: "I'm going to make lunch today: Hayashi rice (rice with Hashed meat), but Okayu (porridge) style."

 

Kanpei: "That's really delicious."

 

Mitusyo: "You guys are completely taken in. Just normal rice definitely goes well with Hayashi more than with porridge."

 

Hiki: "No no, that's not true. A dash of salt in porridge makes it more delicious. Trust me and just try it. "

 

Mitsuyo: "You are really trying to trick me."
