ReNotes is the name of my DIY project dedicated to upcycling various paper waste into notebooks… There’s a lot of things that can be done; they’re always few clean sheets in old exercise books, all kinds of magazines is a good source of illustrations for application, packaging paper and paper bags for covers wrapping, etc.
Items from my recent trip to Paris: carnets (a set of ten purple tickets for the metropolitan transportation system), pocket size map of the metropolitan transporation system, receipts from the Café des 2 Moulins and a Monoprix supermarket, ticket stub from the Louvre, contact info card from La Coupole restaurant

ANIKI tried in this new generation notebook a marriage of traditional binding styles with new technical abilities. First of all, the first different point from conventional bindings is front cover inner side silk support for cover and for spine. The rest is for your care.

I write. I read and I write. These are my favourite things. Add to that words and colour. In case of fire I'd take my journals - they are full of all my thoughts and poems and tales of my travels. I bought these books all over the world - as I travelled and ran out of pages, I'd buy what I found first - so there are notebooks and excercise books from England, Italy, India, ones that came free with magazines and others that came to me as gifts (usually from my mum)
