Hello. My name is Waldemar and I making notebooks out of paper waste.
PawClassic is a new semi soft cover member of ANIKI notebooks family. Its build with a collaboration of high end and fine leatherette for protecting your memories and high durability. Its dimensions are 10x14cm 52 or 80 pages and inner pages are 100gr./m2 deluxe special selection papers for fountain pen compatibility. Cover is imported leatherette with soft touch like cats paw. ANIKI tried in this new generation notebook a marriage of traditional binding styles with new technical abilities. First of all, the first different point from conventional bindings is front cover inner side silk support for cover and for spine. Elastic band roll knot and its varieties with peg and different kind of buttons called as BOOK HUGER patented to ANIKI Notebooks.The rest is for your care. All ANIKI Notebooks are HAND MADE.

Textile cloth, boards thin enough to be almost flexible, leather decoration on top right corner. 256 pages of 100 gsm paper with a dot grid and page numbers. This is my current best understanding of ideal style and proportions for an everyday notebook.

I've wrap the notebook with a wore out map that. The condition of the map looks rough, and it makes the folding easier.
These "equipment" are my partners at work.
Hipster PDA is used to drop down all notes, random stuff. The pen, classic wore out pen with marks of tear-&-wear.
Highlighters go well with the map and the "map-cover" notebook is the log book for work.

Today (Monday) is the National holidays in my country, and I'm gonna go to a home party of one of my firiends from now on. So I would post my article about this project to my blog after I came back. (Maybe, tommorow.)

Elastic closures. Are they cheap Moleskines? No. They're not.
Not bad value, though.
Notebook made using all natural and recycled material. The pages inside are 100% recycled paper. The cover is a sheet of handmade paper that I made using my green paper scraps. Bound onto a leafy twig from the back yard.

what i didn't anticipate - but should have - given his love of writing down his thoughts is that odin would be very keen on taking a few ( i.e. all ) of the notebooks for his own use.
odin: "hey, those look great. can i have them?"
me: "uuuuuhhhh. i was really planning on these using these around the house and at work."
odin: "oooooh, c'mon! i can have at least one, right?"
me: "o.k. one will be fine for now. we'll order more. pick one."
i secretly hope he doesn't pick the red "amber" notebook because i like the color as it slowly dawns on me that i'm giving him the option of choosing a notebook dedicated to a style of beer and wonder if he's going to take it to school.
gah. he chose amber. now i'm thinking i have to order some winter editions and swap them out on the chance he wants to use it for notes at school :-)
