20190518-DSC_5436; Rising waters along Irondequoit Bay as the levels of Lake Ontario rise. Trees along the back of the Bayside Restaurant are all standing water.
My first shot from 2014, some waterdrops on a little tree lighted by the sun. Edited with Nik´s Color Efex Pro.
Walked down to the Illinois before daybreak to see if we would get any color in the sky and I wasn't disappointed! A nice band of color to the east and plus the pier is back in operation :) Five exposure HDR processed with Nik HDR Efex Pro 2

ABOUT THIS IMAGE
Jazz Ensemble
I spent 4 days in Bandon, Oregon, USA. One of the best locations on the Oregon Coast for sea stacks. It was a great visit.
Bob Marley said: Some people feel the rain. Others just get wet.
Editing notes: warm tones of early evening enhanced with Color Efex filter Midnight Neutral, 50% opacity.
Caught Jeffrey at the computer with my headphones and his cowboy hat. Thought it might make a cool photo. Took the shot at ISO3200, ran it through NIK Dfine 2.0 to kill the noise, then ran it through Nik Color Efx to get this 'old time' photo look (and put a lot of noise/grain back in haha) to go with the hat and give a funny contrast with the headphones and computer. I kinda liked how it turned out :). Not a masterpiece or nothing but I think it is kind of fun.
Known as the 5-mile Bridge, since it's located about 5 miles west of Morris Illinois, this bridge crosses the I & M Canal. Five exposure HDR Processed with Nik HDR Efex Pro 2

A day out to Wightwick Manor - (National Trust) - in Wolverhampton.
Please excuse the terrible quality of the interior images ... the Manor House is very dark inside and I had to push my ISO up to 6400 resulting in very noisy images ! :-(
When Theodore Mander commissioned the building of a new manor on Wightwick Bank in the Old English style in 1887 he started the Mander family's love for Victorian art & design which would unfold over a century of collecting and preservation.
My thanks as always to Jeff D. for the lift and opportunity to get some images today.

Thanks for looking and taking the time to post comments
This is a single image of a so-called 'fidget toy' - a metallic spinner that rotates about a central axis.
Illuminated with natural, window light against a black background. Converted to mono in Silver Efex Pro, cleaned up dust specks in Photoshop, sharpening in Lightroom.
Many thanks to everyone who views, faves and comments on this image and the others in my photostream. HMM!
