I stepped out after dinner with my camera and a torch to try and get some insects and try some snakes. these two guys showed out of nowhere, of coure they wouldnt let hotel guests wander around the village alone, so i was more than happy to tag along their nightshift, besides, they had brighter torches :)
Dopo cena ho preso la mia Canon e una torcia. Volevo fare un po di foto a qualche insetto, e magari qualche serpente. ma sono spuntati fuori loro dal nulla. Sono i guardiani notturni del albergo e ovviamente non potevano lasciarmi andare in giro da solo, quindi sono venuti con me. e non mi è dispiaciuto affatto, visto che avevano una torcia molto piu luminosa della mia :D

John began as a food runner and worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef. His grandfather was a butcher, which sparked his interest in working in kitchens. Matt runs the grill and rides motorcycles outside the kitchen. Ryan, originally from New York, moved to Florida when his parents retired here and has a deep love for food and wine. Anthony, with roots in Guatemala and New Jersey, works as Junior Sous Chef and chooses not to drink alcohol.
A brief pause in the kitchen before the next rush.
I guess no sleep after Nightshift too much caffeine and The Rolling Stones ( - Paint it Black ) do that to you...but we all had fun!!

LIGHT SHIP PETREL was built in 1915 by the Dublin Dockyard Co. and is a vessel of iron and steel riveted construction. The vessel was built for the Commissioners of Irish Lights and was bought by the Down Cruising Club, Northern Ireland in 1968 for use as a clubhouse. It has remained in this role ever since and is maintained by club members.

GWR Hall 4930 'Hagley Hall' prepares to depart Hampton Loade at around half past five in the morning, running a bit late still as it was supposed to depart 0451 with this all stations Kidderminster to Bridgnorth overnight train. Saturday of the Severn Valley Autumn Steam Gala, I spent the event camping at the nearby Unicorn pub so it was able to get up and get to the station for this, before returning to the tent for more sleep!
