Walking around downtown isn't something I often do at night, but when I do, I'm reminded how cute and unique our little city is and how much it's changed over the years. As it begins to get cooler here, more people come out into the night life and it makes the city feel so much more alive then the hot summer nights. This is the start to my favorite time of year.
Always interesting what is discovered wandering village streets at night. Che lives. Santa Fe de la Laguna, Michoacan, Mexico.

dinner was delicious last night and we managed not to to disturb Georgina in her new box. She doesn't know it but in the box was a device to help trim her voluminous fur coat, we are going to try it later, wish us luck :)
A month ago I became an inhabitant of the legendary Olydorf. I was looking forward to bring a whole lot of photos from the Olympic village daily life, but so far I really haven't managed to do so... Could this be a first one? A night at Oly!
The night sky reveals itself over the Flint Hills.
For those who know where to look you'll spot both the Dark Horse Nebula and Jupiter on the right side of the image. For those who don't know where to look, I'll try to help! Jupiter is easy. It's the brightest "star" in the entire frame....its over above the fading sunset. The Dark Horse Nebula is a new favorite of mine because it really does resemble the shape of a horse. Look for the front leg just to the left of Jupiter.
