Returning to my pics of New Zealand taken last year, here is another one of the trees in Arrowtown which is known as one of the best places in NZ to enjoy the colours of Autumn.
Image created with a pencil set placed on a tv screen put flat on the floor. Used a blank white screen as a canvass. Edited in Lightroom - cropped and aligned, adjustments to shadows, highlights, clarity, sharpness and luminance. A radial filter and vignetting was applied to the negative space.

After a busy day I didn't manage to get a shot until the light had gone so I picked an acidanthera from my garden and popped it on the light panel.
Apologies for the lack of commenting but life is extra busy just now. I will catch up as soon as I can.
The daisies have been out for a little while now. I always love my daisies. They just look like happy flowers.

I misjudged how much coffee and milk this old mug would hold.....
I found it tucked away from the days when my kitchen had a very modern wallpaper that perfectly matched these bold flowers, with added splashes of golden yellow.

A snapshot from my short trip to Egypt. While I stood on a mountain shooting the sunset, that beduine passed me on his camel. Perhaps he did entertain tourists all day long. His home time should be granted to him. By the way, that patterns in the sand are no tire tracks. They are made just by the wind.
Ein Schnappschuß von meinem Kurztrip nach Ägypten. Während ich auf dem Berg stand um den Sonnenuntergang zu fotografieren sah ich diesen Beduine an mir vorbei reiten. Wahrscheinlich hatte er den Tag damit verbracht Touristen zu bespassen. Der Feierabend sei ihm vergönnt. Bei den Strukturen im Sand handelt es sich übrigens nicht um Reifenspuren sondern sie sind nur durch den Wind entstanden.
