people have been telling me for years that i need help.
i've always been too hard-headed to listen to them though..
now that my depression is getting worse, my choices of drugs are getting harder, and my yelling is getting louder..
i realize that my life is spiraling down the same exact path as my mother.
i've finally realized that i do need help.
but now, no one is here to help me..

My 24th secret is this: I secretly love it when I feel "needed".
It makes me feel loved.
That I am here for a purpose. The people need Ansy. Because only Ansy can give them what they need.
It doesn't happen that often, that people need me. I mean, amongst friends. But when they do, I make sure I am available.
I make sure I answer my mobile when a friend calls me up at 3am in the morning, because she needs to talk and pour out her troubles.
I make sure I have my arms wide open when a friend needs a hug.
I make myself available when a friend wants a heart to heart.
And I try my bestest to do that task when a friend asks me to do a favour.
However. When family members need me. That's a bit of a struggle. I do sometimes try my best to fit their needs. But I aint superwoman [oh the demands of family life! and oh how they test your patience...] but it's ok :) you can pick your flowers, pick your nose, pick your friends, but you can't pick your family.
But fundamentally, it's nice to know when you're needed, and when you feel needed. It makes life worth living.
For the rest of this month of May, I have decided to take this opportunity to do the
30 SECRETS IN 30 DAYS challenge! I will tell you my secrets. Day-by-day :) Ok, some may seem like facts, but they're still things not many people know about, thus qualifying them to BE secrets. Heh.

Thank you so very much for your interest in volunteering with us! We can certainly use your help! Please mark your calendars for our cleanup of the Historic Bread and Cheese Creek on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Rain or Shine, we clean up the section of Historic Bread and Cheese Creek from the Berkshire Area to North Point Road. Registration will be at 2408 Plainfield Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. This event will be run in conjunction with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay’s Annual Project Clean Stream and American River’s Nation River Cleanup as well as Reclaim the Bay! We have also attached an event flyer for your use.
We run our cleanups as a family event with plenty of ways for volunteers to participate. We welcome every type of person of every ability level to contribute and assist with the cleanup. Though it is true we will need people to dig out shopping carts and haul trash to the dumpsters, we need people to run water, food, tools, and trash bags (both empty and full) to individuals in the creek. People to sort recyclables from the debris removed. People will be needed to help at registration, setup food and snacks as well as many other less strenuous activities. We are also authorized to sign-off on Community Service and Service Learning Hours for students. The more people we have, the easier the work will be for everyone. We will provide lunch and snacks as well as gloves. A limited number of tools are available for sign-out, but suggest bringing your own if you have them
Volunteers are also needed to arrive early and stay late for setup and break down. Photographers and Videographers also needed!

This is the third part of my selfexploring "butterfly" project
In the first one I recognised that I am not just sense but heart also: 1. Twins. Who wins?
Maybe I wished the yellow emotion part would win so in the second one I gave wings to my yellow side as inspired by peterkelemen with his comment. 2. If I were a butterfly...
But finally I realised that I need my both parts to have the balance. My sensitive part can't fly just with one wing, I need my both wings to fly: I need my sense and feelings also for having real and full life.
