Sleep and I, we're old friends.
In fact, I just woke up from this nap. I would have stayed asleep if I could've helped it.

In 1966 the Negro Association for Progress (NAP) was organized by a group of African American students at the University of Texas to push for more civil rights for minorities at the University. In 1967 NAP focused on the lack of black students in university athletic programs. Here a student NAP member holds up a sign outside a UT football game.

Having only slept 2 hours last night, Grace needed to take a food coma nap after lunch. And since I need frequent study breaks, I snapped another picture. :P
Unfortunately I got it only from the back! But the color is just too beautiful!
The Black-naped Monarch or Black-naped Blue Flycatcher (Hypothymis azurea) is a slim and agile passerine bird belonging to the family of monarch flycatchers. They are sexually dimorphic with males having a distinctive black patch on the back of the head and a narrow black half collar ("necklace") while the female is duller and lacks the black markings. They have a call that is similar to that of the Asian Paradise Flycatcher and in tropical forest habitats pairs may join mixed-species foraging flocks. Populations differ slightly in plumage colour and sizes.
These two were lying down, panting. The guide explained that lions generally gorge themselves, then nap near the kill until they can eat more. We found the carcass that they had eaten on down the road just a piece.

Today is the nineteenth day of February Alphabet Fun: 2015.
I am, of course, merely feigning sleep as I have set my 'phone to take a photo after a ten second delay. However, I have just woken up from a little nap (before lunch !) and the letter of the day is S … so what else could I choose :)
I tried several times to take shots of Zack, when I'm in bed for a nap. He always coming with me on the bed and sit next to my head. If I don't move, he start trying to lift the blanket with the paw, sniffing softly my face (eventually biting my nose just a bit). When finally I lift the blanket, he's coming under with me purring happily to take his nap.
