An annual sheep muster roundup of Perrindale bred Ewe's and their lambs for drenching & docking of the lamb tails on this vast beautiful remote sheep & drystock farm.
Visit to the June 20, 2015 Motor Muster at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. This car show takes place every Father's Day weekend and features vehicles built between 1933 and the late 1970's. I attended with my flickr contact Grant, who was visiting Michigan from his home in California.

The June 14, 2014 Motor Muster at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. This huge car show, featuring over 700 classic cars from 1933 to the late 1970s, takes place every year on Father's Day weekend. This visit was with my flickr contact Granttt73, who was visiting Michigan from his home in California.
Grant and I owe a debt of gratitude to Seamus, the very young caretaker of this Packard. He spotted us photographing the car in a parking lot by the entrance to Greenfield Village, and invited us to take some photos in front of the tower of the Henry Ford Museum in the early evening light. He even offered us a ride in the car during our move to the new location. Thank you, Seamus, it was very kind of you.

Solche Muster kenne ich aus Winterzeiten, wenn stunden- oder gar tagelang scharfer Wind über die Schneedecke fegt. Dieses Mal so geschehen und gesehen gleich vor unseren Fenstern in Flatz. Es ist ein bisschen wie abstrakte Malerei, oder auch - nur eben in weiss - vergleichbar mit einem Gemälde auf dem nur Meereswellen zu sehen sind. Ich sehe auch an dieser Gegebenheit, dass die Natur als ein entfesselter Künstler immer auch kreativ arbeitet ...
I know such patterns from winter times, when strong winds sweep over the snow cover for hours or even days. That's what happened this time and I saw it right outside our windows in Flatz. It's a bit like abstract painting, or even - only in white - comparable to a painting on which only sea waves can be seen. I can also see from this that nature, as an unleashed artist, always works creatively ...
I'm back after a four-day photography workshop with the inspiring Ken Duncan.
I am exhausted. 4am starts, late nights, tons of learning and some great ideas for the future.
Took this shot on day 1. Only about four billion other shots to go through lol... maybe after a nap....
After noticing the low water table at OPSP lately, this was a slight bummer to see that these beautiful falls were only able to muster a spray of a waterfall.

When I walked into Muster Custom Coffee in Liverpool on Bank Holiday Monday I wasn't expecting to have New York Pancakes for lunch, but as soon as I saw it written on the blackboard I started imagining the maple syrup colliding with the bacon and that was it. Decided! After a brief wait, my food was delivered and I looked down to find myself suddenly met with a familiar scene - I found myself in a Stephen Shore photograph. Almost everything was there: the pancakes, the orange seat, the wood, the salt and pepper. Self-consciously I grabbed my camera, stood up, and framed the shot. I just had to capture this bizarre, serendipitous moment. Anyway, those pancakes were damn fine.
