The class 117 + 121 combo rests at Wareham before operating it's next turn to Swanage, this would be the final year of the operation which gave passengers a unique glimpse into 1st generation DMU travel on the mainline albeit for around a mile.
Theme Week 32 "Multiple Exposure" One speedlite above the shower head and a geled speedlite fired onto the shower glass through a snoot. Work and travel means I'm way behind but I'll see if I can catch up at least a little. And sorry for not commenting much but I am still looking at everyones work either between flights or on road stops.

One of me is quiet, one of me is odd, and one of me isn't quite sure about the other two.

Featuring a coat which has been etched on my mind for years since the first day I lay eyes on it. Having two of them in differing colours just begged me to have a set made together and here we are.
Hope you enjoy
A little multiple exposure fun with my friend and some corn stalks. Shot in camera with Canon A2e | Tri-X 400 B&W Film | Developed & Scanned by Indie Film Lab
Taken from my office window, simultaneously testing the D200's intervalometer and multiple exposure capability. The net result was a composite of 5 exposures taken over about a minute, giving the impression that Dayton street is a lot more busy than it really is.

One of the biggest and best Veterans Day parades this area has ever seen. More than 100 units with multiple components signed up to march or perform during this year's annual parade, hosted by the Hampton Roads Council of Veterans Organizations (HRCVO). The parade started at 9 a.m. at 16th Street and Atlantic Avenue, and ended at the Tidewater Veterans Memorial at 19th Street, across from the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
This year's Grand Marshal is CPL Johnny Johnson, USMC (Ret.) and MR1 William T. Jones, Jr., USN (Ret.) is this year's Co-Marshal. The parade will include, among others: Marching bands from the U. S. Army Training & Doctrine Command at Fort Eustis, Bayside, Green Run, Kellam, Landstown, Ocean Lakes, Salem and Tallwood High Schools, Honor Guards and/or Motorcycle and Mounted Units from Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach Police Departments and the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office.
This year's parade is co-sponsored by the La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux (40 & 8) Voiture Locale 86). It will include military units from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force that represent military installations across the region. Veterans from World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom will participate, as well as several Tidewater municipal and veterans support organizations, including Naval Junior ROTC Units and Boy Scout and Girl Scout Troops.
The Veterans Day Parade is sanctioned by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Veterans Day Committee and the Mayors of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach who signed the Veterans Day Proclamation resolving that "citizens, businesses and organizations demonstrate due appreciation, admiration and respect for all veterans who have served our great nation."
Immediately following the parade, a formal ceremony was held at the Tidewater Veterans Memorial. This service included military and civilian honors to the Veterans. Afterwards, there was a luncheon at the DoubleTree Hotel.

So I guess the experience that a lot of people are looking for only costs $38. What a great world we live. Go USA!

I made another pinhole camera from a Mickey Mouse Milk Crunch Snack tin can. It has three pinholes that can be opened individually, or in combination. For this solargraph I opened all three pinholes allowing each to record images that overlapped with one another.
I left the pinholes open to expose the 4"x5" photographic paper for 14 days, from October 24th through November 7th. During this period there was a lot of vog (volcanic haze) and cloudy weather from nearby Hurricane Neki.
Please go here for more details on my solargraphy experiments.

Freaky Canadian raunch queen Peaches’ outrageous gig last year at The Electric Ballroom was one of my cultural highlights of 2015. So when the kinky ambisexual electro-punk diva returned to London (at the intimate Oval Space in East London) for a sold-out two-night engagement, my ass was there! (Pal and I went on the first night so we could be there for Peaches’ big opening – insert your own joke!). How amazing to see Peaches in such a small venue: Pal and I were right up front, with Peaches and her two boy-girl gyrating backing dancers crotch-thrusting right in our faces! It was a night of joyous, life-affirming sleaze, with Peaches performing her stark, grinding electro-punk in various stages of semi-nudity (loads of boobage and buttage was on display, male and female). Each song was a piece of wild performance art complete with multiple costume changes. Peaches was in fierce, belting voice throughout (in perfect tune even when crowd-surfing or cavorting in a giant inflatable penis suspended over the audience). Seeing Peaches in concert is comparable to when you see Grace Jones: afterwards you can’t stop babbling, “Wasn’t she amazing?!” Peaches apparently turned 50 on this UK tour. Suffice to say, present-day Peaches is filthy, fabulous and 50. Now sing along with me: “At the dawn of the Summer I give birth to a bad girl / without a motherfuckin' epidural …” The beautiful crisp photos are by Pal. The photos with rubbish ones are mine (my camera couldn’t cope with the smoke machine!).
Almost all bacteria are so tiny they can only be seen through a microscope. Bacteria are made up of one cell, so they are a kind of unicellular organism
