We take a lot for granted with our Classmates from the 1973 to 1977 era. Our era graduated multiple Dr’s in literature and medicine. We have people that have made it in the business world. We have more preachers than you can shake a stick at. We have people that work alongside famous race car drivers. We have classmates that have lived their dreams whether it be in entertainment business or just normal life. We have one classmate that gets paid to travel around the world with her cat. We have many professional musicians. We have musicians that volunteer their talents for their Churches. We have musicians that have made albums with Capitol records and traveled the United States appearing in seedy bars. We have closet musicians better than the best that haven’t even told us they can play or sing. All the posts you see on Facebook with philosophies of living your dreams can be true and many of us are examples that these philosophies can be real.
Coming up this year are three more huge opportunities for our friends from South to meet again. In this upcoming case you don’t have to be from a particular class. You don’t even have to be from South. Two professional Musicians, singers from the Classes of 1975 and 1976 are re-uniting in Salisbury for an event. Jerrod Sanders a seasoned pro from New York City is flying in from New York to sing with Salisbury’s professional Neal Wilkinson. The event is happening May 2nd, 2015 at 6pm at 223 N Fulton Street at The First Baptist Church. You don’t have to be a holy roller to enjoy professional entertainment. To top things off all proceeds will go to The South Rowan chorus. The chorus will be backing up Neal and Jerrod. So if these guys get sloppy the chorus will be sure to cover them. I want you to think. The last time Jerrod and Neal got together, a former Miss World America came to the event along with Dr Lynne Scott Safrit. There were other drop dead gorgeous members of our class to show up. Some of our class members clean up pretty well. Please remember, that all of us don’t have the same groups of friends even though we are from the same School and same era. We all support each other by sharing information. In cases like this it doesn’t matter if we see the same information 50 times. Face it. We are dropping like flies and we need to take advantage of the hard planning and work it takes to plan events where we can look at each other, scratch our heads and say who is that! Put this on your calendar. Our class groups have bonded and been life long friends. We are almost 60 and can trace our photos and memories back to kindergarten. I bet we are second to none in sticking together. So please share. If this turns out good maybe we could convince Jerrod and Neal to make a regular thing of it. Maybe we could get them to play in a seedy club and corrupt them. I’ve seen Neal’s mug shots!

I have things set up so that multiple students can be safely buffing, grinding, or forging at the same time. So far, so good.

Not on purpose. Sometimes I just really forget to wind the film on my Holga after taking a shot and end up with multiple exposures.

Michael Rees 'Putto 4 over 4' 2004, DeCordova Sculpture Park, Lincoln, Massachusetts.
Putto 4 over 4, was created using multiple new technologies starting with an original computer model, designed with a variety of sophisticated software. The resulting shape reflects Rees’ fascination with human body parts that have been detached and repurposed. In this case four pair of pudgy baby legs, like the limbs of Renaissance putti (winged cherubs), and four fingers are connected along a sausage-like body without a head or any other anatomical features. Rees then collaborated with an animator, Seong Joon Lee, to make the 3D model move.
It is in the animation where the meaning of the work becomes clear. In a still moment the object can be seen as a collaged individual, but in the animation each end of chubby appendages seems to operate with its own intelligence, and must cooperate with the other end in order to move along. The creature seems to be internally solving a complex collaborative problem of locomotion, which results in a flipping movement that refers more to multi-figure acrobatics than to the smoothly organic movement of an individual being.

There are at least 3 homogenous arcs in this shot. I love the quieter moments in the display as well, especially when there are multiple forms. Taken at 2308 UTC, 24mm lens, f2.8, ISO 1600, 15 second exposure.
Just playing with one of the new LEGO Captain Jack Sparrow minifigs.
Just the best bit in any of the films so far is this trippy bit with the multiple Jack Sparrows and the ship and all the weird pebble crabs. Great concept, highly creative and so well executed. Just brilliant I thought.
Shot with a single minifig.
I manage to get something wrong every time I take the Bronica out. On this occasion it was forgetting that the multiple exposure lever was up (because I'd been using the Polaroid back previously).
Still, it kinda worked.
Ordered by Network SouthEast and later Chiltern Railways in the late 1990's to replace the ageing Class 115's, the Class 168 'Clubman' units are now the power behind the Great Central Railway's Multiple Unit fleet. At London Marylebone, a 2nd and 3rd generation set of Class 168's with 168218 and 168110 are seen side by side in preparation for their next duties.
The 2nd Generation stock on the right was designed in likeness to the highly successful Class 170 'Turbostar' stock whilst the 3rd Generation stock on the left shares its design with the Class 171's and 172's used by Southern and London Overground.
