This morning i went out with my gear at 04:30, i wanted to get the sunrise, its been along time sense i did that.....you know just you alone and no other people. This photo is just 30 min before the sunrise and the cloud just starts to warm up by the sun....amazing beautiful world we have.....if wise we just took care of it better, have a good Sunday all Flickers!

This old bridge isn't going to get any prettier for a long while with the retrofit work making itself more visible above the deck. So, I am trying to get as many angles as I can photographed at moments that lend themselves to photographs. Sometimes it is the early morning that tells you to make an exposure. This was one such case.

This is the same tree as in my previous post, taken less than a few minutes apart with a different exposure settings and the boat a little further away.
I was fortunate that our long-tail driver had good appreciation of photography and understood what I was doing. He actually suggested this spot to us.
We hanged around in this area for a good while. He stopped his engine and used an oar to control the boat's position as I instructed him to move around to frame my shots.

Quiet morning on a early day in May 2021 with view on the Rotterdam river front the sun starts to rise
I started over many times with this. The advantage that the painter has is that he/she naturally will plan out a project. Digital artist start throwing pieces together to see what shakes out. Lot's of dead ends.
Another spider web shot in the early morning light taken earlier this summer....
I have been on a kick lately with taking and posting spider web shots...I have more to share, eventually. I find the best time to capture them is in the morning while the sun is rising and the morning dew is still on them. I consider myself a morning person as it doesn't bother me to get up early and now that the summer holidays are coming to a close and the kids go back to school tomorrow (yippeeeeeeeee!!!!), getting up early and capturing a few more of these shots shouldn't be too difficult.

The crocuses were all closed up when I went out to take some pictures a few days ago. I shot this at f/2.8 so the DoF is a little too shallow.

Morning tranquility in the Swedish lake Vänern
Early morning mist spreads over the small Gjerdsetvatnet lake in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway, as the warm morning sun lights the upper layers of the trees giving them a golden hue.

All summer long, the cruise ships come and go from Vancouver's Trade and Convention Centre, heading up the Inside Passage to Alaska. They arrive early in the morning to take on supplies, slipping into the quay under the early golden mists of dawn. Their horns echo through the downtown in the afternoon, full of eager passengers, ready for adventure.
