(Song by the Moody Blues.)

Last night I started reading David Ray Griffin's new book about WTC-7, the "Achilles' heel," "weakest link" or "smoking gun" of the 9/11 fraud. Very few ppl realize Building 7 collapsed like a controlled demolition later that evening on 9/11. The government came up with a lame excuse ("fire") for the building to collapse at freefall speed. This would be the first high-rise steel structure to collapse because of fire.

Here's a quote from the introduction from Niels Harrit of the University of Copenhagen, who was part of a scientific team that wrote a paper on nanothermite in the World Trade Center dust (evidence of controlled demolition). I know exactly how he feels ("having no rest"), the day I discovered that the CIA killed JFK:

"It all started when I saw the collapse of Building 7, the third skyscraper. It collapsed seven hours after the Twin Towers. And there were only two airplanes. When you see a 47-story building, 186 meters tall, collapse in 6.5 seconds, and you are a scientist, you think "What?" I had to watch it again . . . and again. I hit the button ten times, and my jaw dropped lower and lower. Firstly, I had never heard of that building before. And there was no visible reason why it should collapse in that way, straight down, in 6.5 seconds. I have had no rest since that day." (Emphasis added.)

(Watch this really good video of Dr Harrit saying this & more, HERE.)

More about the book at Amazon.

It's really hard to come up with titles sometimes... I used an old LP album cover as backdrop for this, so I stole the title from that. I hope the Moody Blues won't mind.

Some of my friends in my teens had collections of

The Moody Blues LPs. I never had any, but took

some of them on tape. - Years went by and now and

then I heard some of those old songs from the radio,

and they brought some old memories...

Now when I saw this LP in a local flee market, I couldn't

resist. Could I still - after all these years - have

one Moody Blues LP? - Yes!

This is somehow fascinating - and now I even understand

much more of the lyrics...

In these turbulent times it feels comforting to escape

for awhile into this escapistic world.

Toned down especially for Sian!!

Nightingale, hovering high

Harmonize the wind

Darkness, your symphony

I can hear you sing

Of voices in the sky

Children with a skipping rope

Tell me what you sing?

Play time is nearly gone

The bell's about to ring

Voices in the sky

Bluebird, flying high

Tell me what you sing?

If you could talk to me

What news would you bring?

Of voices in the sky

Just what is happening to me?

I lie awake with the sound of the sea

Calling to me

Voices in the sky

An old Victorian villa near Sefton Park in Liverpool which I thought looked a bit creepy , even in the daylight . . . . . . .

I can see it all

From this great height

I can feel the sun

Slipping out of sight

And the world still goes on

Through the night

Late Lament - Moody Blues

Breathe deep the gathering gloom,

Watch lights fade from every room.

Bedsitter people look back and lament,

Another day’s useless energy spent.

Impassioned lovers wrestle as one,

Lonely man cries for love and has none.

New mother picks up and suckles her son,

Senior citizens wish they were young.

Cold hearted orb that rules the night,

Removes the colours from our sight.

Red is grey and yellow white.

But we decide which is right.

And which is an illusion?

Just a little bit of rain this morning.

Rarely do I see a full moon and not remember the hauntingly beautiful song Nights in White Satin with the spoken poem Late Lament.

See how the braid was separated in the back and split into three thick straps on the back.

wonderful monster :-)

A pipe cleaner escaped from the bag of Christmas ornaments I was sorting. Trixie recognized how dangerous it was to have such a thing loose in the house and took action:-))

This is video that I took and J worked his magic on. I wasn't using a tripod so the original video was rather shaky, but he has Smooth Cam to settle it down and make it watchable. Thank you, J!!

Music is by the Moody Blues. . . . so sue me, boys!

Hope everyone had a great Valentine's day or how it's sometimes described, "Singles Awareness Day."

Kelly and I had a great lunch at Julep followed later by a great meal she cooked complete with my favorite cake! She's been on me for a long time to watch The Notebook with her. For Valentine's Day, I bought it and agreed to watch it with her. It really is a good movie, nothing like I thought it was. I love like it McAdams loves Gosling.

Kelly was nice enough to humor me and pose with these albums for my 366 photo. Most of these are my moms that I found at my grandmother's house a few weeks ago and they'll be going up on a wall soon.

Strobist: Two umbrella'ed Savage lights camera left and right and pretty tight. Vivitar 285 camera right pointed at the wall to light it up. 1/160s at f/9.

Centre pic not an album but painting by one of my favourite artists, Tamara de Lempicka - but think it would make a great cover!
