The weather last weekend was so awesome! Super moody skies, occasional rain to bring out the color, and some sunny breakthroughs to give splashes of light. I got some nice, spooky photos for the season as well. I'm also really pumped with how well my Lomo'instant camera did! Surprising how good Instax is in a nice camera.

The west coast of the Isle of Lewis is a wild and wonderful place. This beach sits between Loch Arnol and the Atlantic Ocean.
Just finished a run of nightshifts, and finally got out with the camera again.
The trip was more out of hope than anything, the weather was pretty ghastly - really strong winds meant I had to find a fairly sheltered spot, and I couldn't go too close to the water because of the amount of spray.
I managed to get a wee bit of light, nothing incredible, but it did the job before everything clouded over again.

Hit L to see this on a dark background, photos always look better when they are not against bright white.

Grumpy flowers
My friend would like a garden of black flowers. I don’t know if any truly black flowers exist, but I suppose dark purples would work.
A moody floral dress is perfect for a warm fall. The dark background adds a sobering element to a traditional, spring pattern.

I have seen the sea when it is stormy and wild; when it is quiet and serene; when it is dark and moody. And in all its moods, I see myself ~ Martin Buxbaum

A treasure chest below decks, or perhaps in the basement of an inn.
Strobist info: Vitar camera left with an orange gel, also snooted with a tupperware diffuser (really experimenting there). FL-36 camera right, just slightly, with a snoot, and set to 1/16thor so.

This is what the whole Czechia currently looks like, which is covered in snow😄. After all these years, we finally got some real snow️. I personally love snow, how about you?☃️👍👎? The photos are from 10.12 from Tesák😄. There was a big fog up there that day, so it created these beautiful landscapes 😆.
Tobi Macháček wishes you a merry Christmas!❤️😄
Another one from last weekend, I was waiting for that glimpse of sun on top. As quickly as it came, it went, and then the clouds came down. Love it's moodiness.
Scattered storms created a dramatic & moody sky. Ever changing texture of the clouds would create neverending array of photos.
With some heavy rain fall and some low hanging clouds, I had Cwmorthin Slate Quarry in Snowdonia to myself. This trio of images were taken on a Hasselblad 500c/m and Ilford HP5+ film stock. A blue tone was added to the images to enhance the moody feel of them

This is an older picture I dug up while I was organizing some photo folders the other day. It reminds me of how much I love Fall. I love the crisp air and the changing of the leaves and the smell of fireplaces being used.
Happy Autumn to you all!
