a family portrait. don't know what kind of primates these guys are. one of the most heartbreaking things i've ever seen: i visited this place again (a "monkey park" deep in a mountaintop forest, where these guys were caged at the end of a trail), and the mother approached me holding out her dead infant. i'll never forget the desperate look in her eyes, incredulous at the loss of her child.
