When I was a wee Britt, I wanted a pet monkey more than anything and specifically a Squirrel Monkey (the best of both worlds! Squirrel = good, Monkey = better, Squirrel Monkey = greatest pet EVER!). In fact, they even sold them at pet stores (at the time I lived in Texas), albeit for a mighty hefty price. However I could never convince my parents that they loved me enough to buy me a monkey, so instead, at the tender age of 8, I turned to a life of crime. Had you bought me a monkey back then Ma, I most likely wouldn't have ended up in Leavenworth Penitentiary, where I sit (and rot) to this day.
