Every morning at dawn, monks from 32 temples collect offerings of food from the local villagers. The monks collect enough food each day to live off in Luang Prabang, Laos.
Here is one of the novice monks off to be made into a monk. They all rode on ponies and held something that looked like lotus petals in between their palms.
