Part of the long-abandoned ruins of the Mohawk Stamping Mill in Michigan's Keweenau peninsula. From my trip to the Keweenau in May of '08.
I think this is my favorite picture from the trip.

My cousin's kid had a mohawk that day. It was pretty slick and I got this silhouette shot while we were doing other family pictures. I think the exposure is right, but I should have crouched down a bit so you can see his whole head against the window. Also, if he took 3 steps closer to the window and I got a bit closer, I think this would have been better.
10,000 square feet of natural materials, natural light, and soaring visuals. Serving vegan and traditional foods, 75 beers on tap and ambiance for plenty of dining and entertainment. Interior patio with fireplace and skylights, surrounded by a 20ft mosaic glass wall.
Spacecraft Design
All the kids have a mohawk in the mountains...its so that angels have a handle to grab them by if they die. Some kids have just a little circle of hair in the front...but that seemed to be more common in the lowlands.
Mark shaves his head every summer and this time I asked him if I could give him a mohawk before he shaved it all off. With his goatee, he kinda looks like a rooster.
