In western Massachusetts, east of North Adams on the Mohawk Trail (Rte 2).

Along the Mohawk River, an old railroad bed now serves as a bicycle/walking path that goes for miles and miles.

This was taken at a clearing along the path.

Her mohawk is completely natural and stands up all on it's own.

Smile on Saturday - Hairstyles

Remembering Autumn as Spring takes more of a hold across Maryland.

I was in close here but still wanted the wider view. Stitch of three images. It came together pretty nicely here I think.

Took this lens along for the waterfall hike ... knowing that a few of the locations are tight and having the wider field of view would be nice. Of course the lens does not use the normal filters, so really do not have a CPL for this lens ... but still pleased with the results there.

Was more flow there this weekend at Ricketts Glen then I have ever seen there before. This made all sorts of new possible composition all along the glen with the heavy flow.

Wide take there at this waterfall as you enter the Ganoga Glen.

At Ricketts Glen. The Poconos, Pennsylvania.

Mohawk Falls, at 37 feet is the first waterfall you encounter on the Ganoga Glen Trail and the closest to the Lake Rose Trailhead parking area. In our case, since we started on the Glen Leigh trail, this was our last waterfall of the day after about 6 hours hiking in the glen. It was a very impressive finish with many small cascades within the wide waterfall.
