Hello! This was probably one of my first ever attempts at building a Modular Building, and in that, I think I did very well. I built this in 2021, and it was one of my first ever digital MOCs. Enjoy! - Sandy

An infographic showing the construction of the world’s tallest modular building, the 32-story, 363 unit B2 building in Brooklyn, New York. The 930 sections were fabricated on an assembly line in a factory offsite, then loaded onto a fleet of flatbed trucks, transported to the Atlantic Yards construction site and hoisted into place.

This is a modular-themed Star Wars custom diorama. The planet is in the Mid Rim, with cold temperatures that result in a little snow. The build takes place just after the fall of the Empire, but some leftover troopers are being used as "police" by the owner of the outpost to keep power and terrorize locals. This city is in the middle of an ice plain, and the buildings range from 2-3 stories in height.
The icy surface is almost impenetrable and the buildings often slowly slide, as they are not well rooted. The locals will occasionally move their stalls because of this. A crude heating system vents hot air from the ground to those on the streets. The rooftops are an environment of their own, with many pipes and generators providing heat to the species who need it more. There is also a landing pad with room for an Imperial All-Terrain Walking Platform.
The first floor consists of an Empire-Era room for collecting credits, acting as a sort of bank. Next to this room however is a hidden place for unsavory characters, who are secretly gaining credits from the bank by performing heinous errands. The second floor has an old Stormtrooper-training center that was once used by those occupying the planet, but is now used to train the fake Stormtrooper Police. The third floor has the home of the city owner, his two servants, and a secret Sith in hiding.
The rear is honestly really similar to the front, minus the accouterment. This should let a lot of light in IRL, but also fits the industrial vibe, I believe. Really happy with how the staircase section fits in.
