Modular unit Dragon
A friend tried to show me the design of dragon like this once but I just couldn't remember how to fold the claws, head or tail so I came up with my own designs for those. All in all it turned out quite well.
Each pair of claws is one piece of 1:2 paper like the triangles and the head is a single square piece. All of started out as square notepad paper about 7cm.
Design was modified from one published in "Block origami" ISBN:452801436x by Tokiko, Kanesugi.

Overall image of my concept model Modular Police Station. At a little less than 3000 pieces (if you count the extra 250+ from the "Mini"), this Modular is designed to complement 10197 Fire Brigade and, like the Fire Brigade, focuses primarily on its living space for the officers, while maintaining a "vintage"-esque look. The front of the building sports similar brickwork to the Fire Brigade in a different color scheme. The front of the building has old-fashioned lamps, a flag identical to the one on the Fire Brigade, and two adjustable security cameras on either end. The "1958" incorporated into the center of the building--whose technique has been used in other Modular Buildings--references the year the modern LEGO brick was patented. To complement the "1958," I included and designed a stylish '50s convertible police car while using pictures of '50s American cars as a reference.
