Discover the largest brick store in the smallest town! This micro building includes a whole LEGO Brand Store with product booth, cash desk, shelves and a brick wall (custom stickers). At upper floors, there is a flat with a large balcony. The floors are easily detachable, just like in the large modular house sets, because hey, this tiny creation is a mini modular building!
This lodge style modular home offers sophisticated style and a versatile floor plan. This is not your traditional ranch design. This home is loaded with custom features such as exterior wide cedar siding, custom kitchen, 9 ft. ceilings, spa-style features in the master bath, a cathedral ceiling plus more.

I can't remember where I found the diagrams for this nifty modular anymore. This was folded for Jun Jie's 18th birthday!
Star model created by Michael Courouble, based on PHiZZ unit by Tom Hull.
About 200 units or so, I'didn't count. Unit is made with square paper, I've changed that into 2 rectangles 2:1 ; this trick allows to use a nice gold paper (too weak to build modulars) on one side, consolidated by plain 80 g/m2 paper on the other side.
I am crediting myself for this idea, never seen such 2-papers PHiZZ unit elsewhere.
This unit is quite fascinating, can be used to build polygons from 4 to 10 sides, in my experience, and combining them opens countless possibilities.
A few are displayed on my modulars gallery.
A modular castle MOC that I've built recently as a present for my six years old pal that I use to play with quite a lot (or just my nephew if you will ;) ). It includes a main gate with working drawbridge and portcullis, foldable walls and lots of space to place and pose the minifigures. As much as I could, I was trying to achieve the look and feel of the old LEGO castles that I played with as a kid back in the 80s and 90s.
Design of the battlements modules for the towers and the main gate was heavily inspired by the Kingdoms Modular Castle Creator LEGO Ideas project by Michael Kalkwarf (www.flickr.com/photos/michaelkalkwarf/).
