This is a photo with the wow factor, all the puzzle pieces are in the right place with this photo. In this photo, I find the depth effect very pleasant, the relaxed pose that Puk assumes I see a certain strength and the atmosphere in this photo is very pleasant to look at.
This photo is successful for me.

Left of the middle, right of the middle or in the middle, I don't think that's necessarily important. The same applies to shutter speed, aperture and ISO. It helps to visualize the image.
Creating the right impact, the right atmosphere and the role of the viewer are decisive for a photo for me.

In this photo I have placed a small octabox above Olaf by means of a tree tripod, in such a way that his face is well lit and he has very subtly small points of light in his eyes.
Due to the position of the lamp, less light falls on his hands.
