A small street on Strijp-s, through which the tall buildings and light are controlled in a different way.
Because of her attitude she plays with the light in a beautiful way.
for many years I had a friend, who I eventually took care of and came to love, who had been a photographer as a young woman. in the 25 years I knew her, I had no real idea of her work or her talent. she had no family, so she quickly became part of ours. I'm now in possession of her work, and to honor her, will periodically exhibit some here. this is a late 40's scanned negative that I post processed.
I would wear that cape today!
I'm pretty sure while alive she got little recognition for her work.
Her name was Margaret Simeson Calhoun.
skeletal mess has wonderful textures. the last one used here was one of his.

The real vehicle has steering on all three axles. So does my model, although -unlike the real vehicle- the vehicle cannot crab steer. The gears I built into it only allow the wheels to turn such that the vehicle has a smaller turn circle.
