Not quite sure what this is meant to be. I'll say it's an Argentinean SMG that fires the .45 ACP cartridge from a closed bolt. Charging is done by pulling the wings above the AR-15 style buffer tube that holds the recoil spring. The barrel is long for a weapon of this type and has a maximum effective range of 200 metres. 20 round box magazine, 34 round optional extra.

Voigtländer Nokton VM 21mm f/1.4 ASPH + Fujifilm X-T2 GS.
This was a commissioned piece, just finished yesserday. I took waay too long over this one, but it was for a friend so it wasn't overly urgent.
Essentially, all he wanted was a steampunk Nerf Longstrike; but I went a lil' bit extra and sleeked out the internals, removing the AR and replacing some of the barrel with aluminium piping.
To be honest though, the most fun I had with this was towards the end with (yeeeep, you guessed it!) weathering! I came up with a neato technique for beating up the gold: by using black shoe polish, I covered the whole gold area(s) with black. Once the polish had dried, i took a piece of kitchen roll and rubbed off as much as I could; leaving recesses and interesting parts with black residue, as if they'd been around and about for a while.

Tutto è energia. E ad esso ci affidiamo, ci concediamo. Quasi a lasciarci andare tra le sue braccia. Siamo così fragili da non poter neanche badare a noi stessi. Ormai arresi dalle infinite disfatte che ci abbattomo, inginocchiandoci a terra e facendoci sprofondare. Finchè non incontriamo l' Infinito. La grande Speranza, o forse l' ultima delle volte. La sola che può ancora salvarci e tirarci su in qualche modo.
Qualcuno lo chiama dio, altri fato, altri caso, altri destino o altri ancora "corso naturale"...
Chiamatelo come volete ma c' è.
Costruiamo ogni giorno strutture, mezzi, vie di comunicazione, facciamo scoperte scientifiche, progressi tecnologici, scopriamo cure contro malattie per cui in passato si moriva, sfidiamo la Natura, progettiamo, ci evolviamo, distruggiamo...
Eppure, non possiamo farne a meno. Tutti sono costretti a farci i conti, prima o poi.
TUTTi prima o poi cercano aiuto perchè hanno bisogno che il loro desiderio si avveri. Tutti prima o poi si ritrovano nello sperare in qualcosa. Tutti.
E' il nostro punto fermo. Il nostro riferimento. Il nostro faro nella notte."
