These ornaments came in a tube full of 10 for $5! We bought two tubes and covered our whole 4' tree. (The tree cost only $25 and is pre-lit. Savvy!)
We were going for a 1960s mod theme with our tree and I think we basically nailed it, if you ignore the pony. ("it's a small world" premiered at the 1964 World's Fair.)

josh weaver and i worked the recent Scream It Like You Mean It tour in orlando for Mod Sun, The Color Morale, I See Sars, Chiodos, and Breath Carolina's management. show was a fun time hung out with robin osgood, and barrett b. the whole time we shot, fun times. lighting in the venue was a little annoying constant changes never any of those actually lighting the performers faces at all so we just made due.
but if you look at the photo info on the right near the map you will see this was taken Aug. 3, ive just been so backed up with steady work flow tat i havent been able to post any thing from my personal work recently so you will finally be seeing more of the stuff im working on.

At Savers I found two vintage clones, a sindy and a mod era clone with a modern clone lol.
The two vintage clones have these elaborate but poorly made dresses. One of them is a clone of Francie with the Quick Curl/Baggy/Busy Francie make up with a vintage Barbie clone. Weirdly enough, the vintage Barbie clone has molded eyelashes AND rooted eyelashes.
Francie clone has a hollow body but the Barbie clone has a heftier body and a better swivel waist so I might just body swap Francie clone and leave Barbie clone alone.
Sindy is genuine but she’s definitely a cheaper version with her lighter plastic body and mismatched parts. Her hair is the worst of all of my Sindy dolls and I’ve tried boiling her multiple times but it barely holds its shape :/ But at least now I have three blondes and three brunettes in my Sindy collection.
The bubblecut clone is meh but who knows.

The first test shot - bits of my bike and the view out my window. Not a great photo but definitely two images on one Instax. Remember to set the exposure switch on the back to "Darken". I think it might still be a bit over-exposed so may experiment with ND filters in the future.

A friend of my mom's gave me this wild vintage fabric which I made into this pretty cute bag. It has a strap that crosses over diagonally and is adorned with a flower pin in matching fabric. The center of the flower is a crochet-covered bottlecap!
