Unfortunately, we don't have an electric car yet, so we occasionally have to fill up the car with gasoline. It's also a shame that you can't get to all photo locations by bus and train. But the next car will definitely be an electric car. Promised!

Op 11 maart werd naar de omgeving van Horst Sevenum gereden om aldaar wat treinen goed voor de zon richting Venlo te fotograferen. Helaas viel het aanbod ondanks de omgeleide treinen wat tegen. Gelukkig kon wel de ''witte'' 193 598 van Rurtalbahn Cargo gefotografeerd worden die onderweg was met een volle containertrein van de Maasvlakte naar Blerick.
Am 11.05.2022 war die sehr saubere 193 536 mit einem Langen Bunten Containerzug entlang der Bergstraße unterwes.
Der Neuwagentransport DGS 46664 von Kecskemet nach Zeebrugge Ramskapelle musste am 28. Mai 2023 ebenfalls über Landshut umgeleitet werden. Es führte die von der Rurtalbahn Cargo bei ELL angemietete 193 249. Deren Seitenwerbung weist auf die Kooperation mit dem Automobillogistiker ARS Altmann hin. Bei Wallersdorf konnte ich den mit Produkten des Herstellers Mercedes-Benz beladenen Zug aufnehmen.
The new car transport DGS 46664 Kecskemet to Zeebrugge Ramskapelle also had to be rerouted via Landshut on May 28, 2023. It was hauled by the 193 249 leased from ELL by Rurtalbahn Cargo, whose side advertising indicates the cooperation with the automobile logistics company ARS Altmann. Near Wallersdorf, I was able to photograph the train loaded with products of the manufacturer Mercedes-Benz.
LTE 193 620 komt met de defecte, tevens fraai uitgedoste 186 941 door Zeist gereden met de uit Gratwein Gratkorn afkomstige lege kolentrein. Er werd een toeristische route gereden zoals deze trein vaker doet, dus zien we het geheel als trein 48978 in het zonnetje passeren nabij Zeist met als bestemming het Amsterdams havengebied.
Vanuit Wuppertal werd via een omweg terug naar Düsseldorf gereden om aldaar de trein naar Arnhem weer te pakken. Op dit alles behalve fotogenieke station werd wel de Flixtrain even opgewacht. Met de 193 862 op kop zien we het geheel klaarstaan voor vertrek naar Dresden.
Flixtrain schijnt paden aan te hebben gevraagd bij Prorail om vanuit Zevenaar via Arnhem en Amsterdam naar Rotterdam te rijden. Ik ben benieuwd of het Nederlandse spoor wat concurrentie krijgt. Weinig capaciteit, daar zou het wel weer op neerkomen..

E-Scooter - Leihscooter werden irgendwo in der Innenstadt von Wien abgestellt
First of all, sorry about all the background sound. The director and photographer of this video got lazy and made absolutely no attempt at creativity or artistry! Just a rough and ready clip to show the folding mechanism of my latest little portable travel scooter. I had just returned from a short jaunt along one of our many bike tracks and thought I would do a quick video before putting the trike into the car. The background noise is a council ride on lawnmower keeping the bike track clear and tidy. The trike folding mechanism is really very quiet!
Bestes Abendlicht beleuchtete 1116 102 der ÖBB als sie mit einem gemischten Güterzug gen Nürnberg Rbf fuhr. Auf der Strecke Passau - Nürnberg sind die Lokomotiven der Baureihe 1016 und 1116 Dauergast. Inbesondere die Einzelwagenzüge zwischen Wien bzw. Linz und Nürnberg werden zu großen Teilen von dieser Baureihe bedient. Am 20. Juli 2021 hatte auch der Lokführer seinen Spaß als er bei Batzhausen mit seinem Zug auf die Speicherkarte wanderte.
Best evening light
ÖBB's 1116 102 was illuminated in the best evening light as it drove a mixed freight train towards Nuremberg marshalling yard. The locomotives of the 1016 and 1116 series are regular guests on the Passau - Nuremberg route. In particular, the mixed trains between Vienna or Linz and Nuremberg are largely served by this series. On July 20, 2021, the train driver also had fun when the camera was triggered with his train near Batzhausen.
Si je suis sensible à de très différentes causes, celle de la mobilité (et donc du handicap) résonnent particulièrement en moi.

Randomly looking at the google mobility report and interesting that it shows huge decrease in all categories (eg. retail, transport, workplace, parks) except residential all over the world.. pretty much in line and makes sense.. but for Korea.. they have like pretty mild impact for everything with parks utilization increasing by 51% Woot. #서울숲
