Missing in grey.

Welcome to your Gay Village.

Seen on Hurst Street in Southside.

Still has the Marilyn Monroe statue.

Plus a banner with a rainbow.

A missing persons poster.

It reminds me of my former colleague and friend who went missing and has been presumed deceased. It's weird when someone goes missing; I thought I saw Rachel in New York a few months ago.

In this case, at least, there is some closure.

I need some help!

My grandmother passed away this past winter and she inspired me to crochet/knit.

We had this one afghan, growing up, that she made, that I loved. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in the wash years ago.

When she passed I inherited all her yarn/needles. Well, I came across 9 skeins! of the original yarn of the afghan!

I was given instructions on how to clean the yarn to work it into a new afghan...but I am having a hard time finding the pattern!

As you can see below, it appears to be a distinct pattern. Does anyone recognize this pattern?

I have tried searching ravelery (with no luck, there is just so much).

Also, I can't tell if its perhaps crocheted in strips and then "sewn" together, because of how the color blocks seem to stop in the "straight" parts and look "checkered".

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately Roxy, Verity, and Ethan are missing from the picture. Next year we need to make sure to get a shot of all the kids. And one with the adults too.

Haven't seen Fuzzybee in a week now. I hope he surprises me by suddenly showing up like the last two times he disappeared.

I followed this van for a while yesterday. I couldn't stop thinking about this missing child. What happened to her? What's her story? Weird feelings...

cracked mirror, scraped sofa, missinf foot of sofa, no crate for mirror, chipped dinning table missing items: projector x2, cables, tripod, speakers, cuttlery.

Once, when I was 5, a photographer came to our kindergarten. He brought a Latvian folk costume. All the girls had their turn to wear this costume infront of the camera. The costume consisted of a white blouse, a linen shawl with a metal clip (Sakta) and a crown. No skirt. I was sitting in my panties and was trying to smile. But what I really wanted was to kill this stupid photographer with his stupid camera.

But I like the picture.

The summer, that is.

Thanks for visiting and I hope that you enjoy the work

My wife and two boys are visiting grandmother out of state. Our dog Gaia has been very sad since her boys are not home. While things around the house are quiet, I must admit that it is too quiet. I guess I will take up a seat next to Gaia and wait.

"Are you going away with no word of farewell

Will there be not a trace left behind?

I could have loved you better, I didn't mean to be unkind,

Oh, you know that was the last thing on my mind?"

1996 ~ 2007.........Brutus...my Big Guy!

I'm missing this view from my last trip to Southern California to see family. My brother's wife's parents were out of town and were thrilled to have me housesit for them while I was there. It was a difficult, stressful job but I felt I was up to the task. Ha! This was my view while reading and soaking the toes during the afternoons.
