Wedge: General Solo! What a relief to find you alive and well! As soon as we were able to convince some of those Imperial scientists to help us, I volunteered to search for you.
Han: Please, Wedge, after all we've been through together you can drop the "General" routine, just call me Han! I appreciate you com'in after us. We've been stuck in this frozen hellhole for the better part of a week try'in to get the Falcon spaceworthy again. We were start'in to think we'd never see another friendly face!
Santa is up to a difficult task this Christmas, with gift deliveries far far away...
He managed to borrow the fastest ship in the galaxy, let's put the sleigh on the side and give some rest to the reindeer.
It's time for Santa and his helpers to load the Falcon full of gifts and start for a new Christmas adventure.
May the force be with you!

Look closely -- that's some Hebrew lettering on there! On Darth Vader's actual costume's chestplate! It seems like mostly mumbo jumbo, some upside down... although the wife and I spent quite some time trying to figure out if there were real words in there.
The Ft. Worth museum of science and history is hosting a Star Wars exhibit through September. Lots of cool props and costumes there.
This photo was taken with a Droid X.
This was taken at the Star Wars exhibit in Seattle, WA at the Seattle Pacific Science Center.
This picture is part of my collection of Duplo renditions of famous Star Wars spaceships. I made these while playing with my son during COVID19 confinement. I did not check actual spaceship pictures for inspiration or accurateness. Just used the bricks I had around, which fortunately were enough to build big ships :)
I was given this vinty Falcon yesterday by a most awesome fellow.
It's missing a few parts:
The chess table
Supports for the boarding ramp
the radar dish
the whole back section
the training remote
Anyone out there have any spares they want to sell, trade or donate to the Decepti Falcon Restoration Project?
I'm not hung up on things being minty fresh, just functional.
I was bored enough and had enough time to re-create a scene from Star Wars (actually "The Empire Strikes Back") at my desk at work. I think it turned out pretty well. I keep that rock and the Millennium Falcon on my desk (along with Coach Z, Batman, and a d20 just in case). Hooray for dioramas!

I must say I'm quite satisfied with how the central back portion of the saucer is now. The problem now is that I'm breaking my head over how I'm going to build that sections besides that. The guns also need a lot of work, I want to keep them at this length, possibly make them shorter, and I want to emulate the movement that they have on the real thing as well as possible.
Sorted the cams. Things the iPhone replaced
