Santa is up to a difficult task this Christmas, with gift deliveries far far away...

He managed to borrow the fastest ship in the galaxy, let's put the sleigh on the side and give some rest to the reindeer.

It's time for Santa and his helpers to load the Falcon full of gifts and start for a new Christmas adventure.

May the force be with you!

More cut out details on the upper fuselage. Tried to keep as much of the intricacies as possible for a more interesting result. A fair bit of fine knife work involved.

Details of the 75192 Millenium Falcon Ultimate Collector Series.

Left the landing gears and boarding ramp in fully working state. Just for options.

A microscale Millenium Falcon I designed for a friend's birthday present.

Building the Millennium Falcon

Cut out details at the bottom of the ship (where the lower quad cannons would be). This was done to achieve a more interesting light pattern when reflected off a surface.

Landspeeder version of the millennium falcon

ultimate collector's millenium falcon

I'm not at all happy with how the red portion works.. It should be circular, but has very sharp corners. The yellow brick, it does appear on the actual model but I'm still debating wether I'll keep it in the long run. As for the yellow plates: they're actually plates with clips and connect the hull with the support structure below. If you look closely you can see them on the top as well.

So we tried again, and almost got em right this time. Next time, we know to give Luke a blue light saber or sabre? and we know that the Millenium Falcon isnt supposed to look the the Star Ship Enterprise... but you know, we always have a good time baking our cupcakes together. :)

added a slight walkway to the rear of the cockpit. also added c'puter lights all around the back area...til I ran out of stickers. also notice the 2x2 round sticker piece from the first falcon inset into the new falcon for some depth detail

I know the tie fighter is out of scale! I brought these in California about 11 years ago.

Just noticed, the Millenium Falcon is actually upside down!
