Here's the truer color version straight from LDD. The minifigure bracket only comes in dark gray on LDD. Also LDD won't let you fit a 1x1 round peg into the technic piece, so I just stuck a technic peg in for the screen shot

Currently, the New Jersey legislature is considering a bill, S1462/A2216, that would implement microstamping technology for newly manufactured semi-automatic pistols sold in the state.
