I made 3 dozen Mickey Mouse cookies and 3 dozen cupcakes for a birthday party for my neighbors daughter. I was happy with the way they turned out and they were fun to make.
Monorail Monday from the Monorail. A beautiful site for sure...arriving at the Monorail Station at golden hour and and seeing the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
Praying you have a very blessed week!
The best Mickey that I have in my collection* is the one that was created for me by my wife Linda. He is also the largest Mickey that I own - he is 28 inches tall and has an arm span of 28 inches. Linda made him by first modeling him out of plasticine clay and then covering that with plaster cloth. I painted him with acrylic paint. He is truly one of a kind.

"Georgie, what are you doing with grandma's teacups?"
"Well, if you won't take me to Disneyland then I will bring Disneyland to me!"
If you don't know, you might want to ask. This was from our cruise in October. Our last night we walked around the ship and I took some night time shots. This one, I am particularly found of.
If you like this shot, feel free to leave a comment or fave.
Thanks.

Those who believe in magic
Know a thing or two
That when it begins to rain
Your dreams are coming true
For rain clears the skies
From the dreams of yesterday
Creates a blank dream slate
For the wishes of today

5 in a row! And also, its October now, so I think I can post the pictures from last fall once again.
Upon entering, one of the first things we find is the Crossroads of the World. This landmark lets us know we are definitely in Hollywood, but Mickey on top of the globe reminds us that we are still in a Disney theme park. That lets us know that while this might look like Hollywood, it is really the Hollywood that never was, rather like the idealized Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. ~ startedbyamouse.com
