I ebayed this medium format camera last week, haven't shot any film yet but look forward to messing around with it. I started digital, but have always had a fascination with trying film. It's a Zenza Bronica ETRS, and was just over 100 on ebay. The star shape is the shutter as it's being cranked open.

Pentax 6x7 is one of my favorite cameras of all time, mostly because of the lenses. 6x7 film with Pentax 105mm F/2.4 produces look & bokeh that is unreachable with any digital system. I wish I'd have more pictures to scan.
So this was my first shot on the RB67, grooviness! I didn't bother cleaning it before scanning because I'm lazy and it's not all that good a shot, but yeah, first shot!
Testing out a new-to-me circa 1957 box camera made right here in Portland, Oregon!
Since this simple box camera has a 1/50 shutter speed and f/15 aperture, this shot was captured by putting the camera in "Time" (bulb) mode, bracing myself against the door, and holding the shutter for approx. 4 seconds. Pardon the motion blur.
