As far as I know, this color was never used in sets (though I'd love to be proven wrong!).

 

The tile is a softer plastic than ABS, which may be a hint as to how it was used... Most likely planned for Duplo parts.

I attended a Hayaike Ikebana workshop today - Hayaike means "quick arranging". We did each arrangement in 20 minutes, then went around for a critique of our work. We each did a large, medium and small arrangement.
