Tree trunks on a boulder at McConnels Mill State Park in Western Pennsylvania in the US. I saw this along the trail leading to the old Mill and was fascinated by how it looked. I was hoping to get a nice shot with my Mamiya 645. This exceeds what I hoped to capture.

The snow keeps melting, then refreezing overnight. The ice it forms is interesting, but untreated pavements and the carpark at work are a bit treacherous.
I was glad when today was over. It was a full-on day at work, followed by the usual rush to get C ready for Rainbows. Then once the girls were in bed I headed to a PTA meeting that lasted for almost 2 hours. Afterwards there was just time for dinner before flopping into bed.
