Every semester, David Kramer, Associate Professor of Culinary Arts, and Laura Lerdal, Culinary Market Supervisor and Lab Coordinator, present “Cooking for 1,” a free demonstration or lab that focuses on cooking techniques for one. Participants also have a chance to help each other as they learn to live on their own.
