Esta semana LCR ha dado la sorpresa por la zona catalana moviendo material de obras, circulaciones curiosas realmente difíciles de cazar. La 333.316 abandona Barcelona camino de Tarragona, Reus y Madrid con una bateadora de FCC, y una perfiladora, otra bateadora y un estabilizador de Convensa recogidas en Riells, además de 4 tolvas de Convensa agregadas en Can Tunis. Lástima que no pudiera hacer la foto en las condiciones que quería.

A cuadros nos hemos quedado cuando vimos a lo lejos la 319.332 remolcando este coche a Fuencarral. Sabíamos algo de unos movimientos de material del museo en la nave de Abroñigal pero pensábamos que quedaría en nada así que pasamos la tarde ajenos a esto, al no tener ni idea de que venía me ha tocado improvisar este encuadre.

In Italia e Spagna prende il nome di CICLONUDISTA. WNBR non è un organizzazione, ma un giro in bici con nudita’ opzionale. Non c’è un ufficio capo o un amministatore, ma nasce dall’esigenza dei singoli individui di organizzarsi e unirsi sotto idee comuni. Sta a te partecipare. È una manifestazione internazionale dove i partecipanti si organizzano e si incontrano in massa su mezzi auto-alimentati (come bicilclette, pattini e skateboard) per protestare contro la dipendenza dal petrolio e celebrare il potere e l’individualità del corpo. La regola è “svestiti quanto ritieni opportuno”. Il nudo parziale o integrale è incoraggiato ma non obbligatorio. Altre espressioni creative sono altrettanto incoraggiate per creare una divertente e coinvolgente atmosfera durante la manifestazione, per catturare l’attenzione e l’immaginazioni dei passanti e dei media. Body art (come il body painting) sono creative forme di espressione, come anche costumi, decorazioni per bici, strumenti musicali rumorosi e impianti audio. Infatti prima del giro si ci raduna per dipingersi il corpo, suonare e giocare.
BISOGNA QUI FARE CHIAREZZA E SPECIFICARE: Con il termine mutanda si indica un capo d'abbigliamento (sia maschile che femminile), in genere fatto di materiali naturali come cotone, seta, pizzo oppure artificiali come nylon, lycra, tulle, da indossare a contatto con le parti intime. "...Nests are made from spider webs and a wide array of plant materials. This could partially explain the long assembly time because it must take forever to manipulate a spider web into doing your bidding without it sticking to you in the process. Once the outside is complete, the nest is lined with feathers and animal hair to make it warm and snuggly. The entrance and exit are a hole left at the top where the couple can fly in and out.
According to The Birds of North America Online database, this sturdy nest also makes the perfect incubator for eggs during the day and the lower half is sometimes placed strategically in the sun to enhance this effect allowing both mom and dad to leave the eggs unattended while they hunt for lunch. The nest’s shape can hold anywhere from five to 15 eggs. Fifteen seems like a lot of eggs for a bird that’s about four inches long, yikes!
Dan Cooper, President of Cooper Ecological Monitoring, Inc. and local bird expert who wrote the book Important Bird Areas of California, vouched for the Bushtit’s reproductive capabilities.
“They do have exceptionally large broods, 10 plus young is not uncommon, said Cooper. “This is very different from most birds aside from waterfowl, quail, and a couple other groups. This adaptation probably allows them to thrive despite their tiny size and delicateness. They’re one of the most successful urban species, nesting in a huge variety of environments, within the most developed neighborhoods. In this way, they’re like pigeons, though 99.99% of the residents of Los Angeles have never seen or heard of them.”
Since you have a very good chance of seeing a Bushtit, if you do spot one while you’re with someone make sure you say, “There’s a Bushtit, a member of the Long-tailed Tits family.” Because seriously when are you going to have the chance again to say “tit” that many times in a sentence without offending somebody?"

I watched this GC Grebe diving for nesting material. He/she kept bringing it over to a fallen tree and half heartedly placed it on a branch. As soon as its back was turned it fell off and sank to the bottom again.

USAF Material Command ESC/DIKL & M.I.T. Lincoln Labs G-II departing Oakland-Pontiac International Airport this morning. The last time I saw this Gulfstream was March 1996 @ YYZ. I had forgotten how absolutely ground trembling Rolls Royce Spey's are without hush kits. Definitely my american bizjet highlight of 2020!
