I'll be using an adapted version of the Simplicity 5386 pattern. I love the shape of this coat, but the overlapping front is not for me, nor are the cuffs.
A dark chocolate cotton-linnen blend will be the exterior. The cobalt blue is a poly-taffeta blend that will be lining and piping down all the seams (or as near as). The cord will be used in the piping.
