Thor's Hammer sunrise in Bryce Canyon National Park. A short walk from sunset point provides a perfect window to see the sunrise behind Thor's hammer. The hoodoo to the left makes up the structure called the mask. All along this open window provides a perfect spot to watch the sunrise. This particular morning i had started at sunrise point and walked down to this spot. The sunrise was one of the most vibrant ones i have ever experienced. It makes for a wonderful morning starting at sunrise point and making the way down, and continuing to walk in the beautiful morning light.

A sunrise like this makes it worth getting up in the morning! It amazes me how no two sunrises or sunsets are ever exactly the same -- the endless beauty of our world.

Eure … Majestät ...“

(Fortsetzung folgt … )

BÄRBEL: “You don't need to, Sweety. I can tell you we're in London at Buckingham Palace, the residence of King Charles and Queen Camilla !”

His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla: “We welcome you to London.”

LUIS bows: “Thank you ... Your ... Majesty ...”

SWEETY hides in the phone box in fright. 😲

BÄRBEL and LUIS receive a present and stutter with excitement: “Thank you ... Your ... Majesty ...”

....or a Superb Masterpiece, or a Beautiful Capture, or One of a Kind.....hell no!

Commissioned by Sultan Ahmed I in 1609, it is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. Following the secularization of the nearby Hagia Sophia, it served as Istanbul's main mosque until July 2020.

Since July 24, 2020, the Hagia Sophia has once again been the main mosque.

In Europe, it is known as the Blue Mosque due to the numerous blue and white tiles that decorate the dome and the upper part of the walls.

Thank you very much for your comments and faves, regretfully, I am finding it increasingly difficult to reply to your comments, because of my very limited time on the internet, due to constant power interruptions in South Africa. I do read and appreciate every one of them, however! Thanks again!!

A year after Express Service in Ruse overhauled the first narrow-gauge locomotive (flic.kr/p/2n8uZKe), the second one from the order is ready. In the next few days it will get transported back to its homestation in Septemvri where it will be put back on the 760mm narrow track and tested before entering regular service again.
