Turning Vision Into Reality
Nothing could dampen the spirits of the 17-year-old who wanted to open his company in spite of Indian laws disallowing it, due to age bar. His cousin joined hands with him and that’s how his first company Educell came into existence.
Reminisces Shreyansh, “The decision to get into education business was taken carefully by considering all the statistics and data available – 25 percent IITians join financial firms, 20-25 percent get into marketing, 20 percent into consulting, 20 percent into applied engineering and 5-7 percent get into core engineering. These calculations showed us the opportunities in entrepreneurship in the education sector. We realized that India has only a few premiere institutes and students of small towns are unable to reach them due to lack of proper mentoring.”
Through his series of books, his company minted great revenue in a very short span and Sjain series, that unveiled the strategies followed by top IITians, became an overnight success. A year later, Shreyansh opened a company called QEA Eduventure Private Limited.
The new firm started reaping rich dividends and his bank balance started swelling. Driven by the desire to excel in life, he diversified his business to launch DMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. at the age of 19 and then his media firm, Next Generation Media (NGM).
Transcending Barriers
The family, understandably, was not happy with Shreyansh’s choice to earn while he was studying. His father completed Ph.D. from IIT-Mumbai while his son was pursuing graduation, but he was far from supportive. Some of the partnerships, despite doing well in revenues, proved disempowering, so he has to start all over again with heavy liabilities.

Their efforts include improving coordination between different actors, providing technical advice, designing processes, and offering logistical support. They also attempt to amplify and widen civic and political debate by liaising closely with constitution-making bodies, regional and international partners, politicians, academics, and civil society leaders.
These latest sessions have focused on managing constitutional transitions by learning from similar experiences abroad, understanding federalism and power-sharing, better governance of natural resources, and improving intergovernmental relations.

Bou managed to get some gum stuck under his back paw. He hates having his toes touched at the best of times(strange dog) and now refuses to let me take it out. I tried using shampoo and water for a while. But a bit is still in there. Will it just dry up and fall out? Any suggestions?

Managed to coax some life out of my D80, but it still only takes a picture 5 to 20 percent of the time when I hit the shutter release. I'm pretty sure it's a mechanical problem with the mirror.
Guess I'll have to put off getting a lens this Christmas, and just spring for the D700 instead =P.
Managed to complete the framing of this deck with a bumm left shoulder... Super psyched about it cause now I can move forward with all the work I am totally behind on.
Incase your wondering the shoulder is still really sore, I can't really lift anything above my chest, but with enough mega doses of IBUPROFEN I seem to do okay.
If the world does end on saturday it wont really matter... perhaps I should take the day off tomorrow????
BTW, why do people say flare is bad? I like the lens flare in this photo, actually in general I like lens flare.... What gives?
Managed to get upgraded to the 2-story penthouse suite at the already comped Z-Ocean hotel room. The private rooftop had a jacuzzi, retractable roof, ocean views and kitchen. Perfect place to watch the Miami sunset and lightening storms after a nice day of work.
