Thank you so much to Tracey at Femmeside. I had the most amazing day. I’m delighted with how the photo shoot came out. 😊

Looking back these aren't the greatest pics and were the best of a large group, but it was a start. This was also the very first time I told anyone other than a girlfriend and then my wife that I was transgender.

Before and after shots of my workstation. I'd been doing serious video editing on my wonderful mac . . . on a rubbermaid-type desk! View my set for how I was inspired and my basic workflow. Thanks for looking!

This makeover was feature in the New York Times Gadgetwise Blog!

LONDON HAS HAD A MAKEOVER. Come explore the changes. With much more to come. maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/London%20Mayfair/150/95/22

So that last pic seemed to go down well….. what do you think of this one? x

When I first moved into this house about four-and-a-half years ago, my room was covered with wallpaper. It was a vertical strip with pink and blue flowers and some olive green thrown in for good measure. Taking that down was one of the first things that I did, and the room has been painted this color ever since.

However the room was never quite finished. It was just cluttered and crowded and didn't quite have the calming effect that I wanted.

So in December I found myself at a furniture store and bought the nightstand that you see on the right side of the picture. I loved it and it provided a good motivation to do the rest of the room.

Next came the night stand on the other side of the bed (a pedestal table with a marble top) then the new bedskirt (which still needs to be ironed...) then the lamps and a couple of decorative accessories. This past weekend I found the curtains on clearance at a local store. They are a really great wool flannel that, combined with the great antiqued copper rods, really make the room feel finished.

So there it is. My room.

And here's a picture of the wallpaper before makeover...

So I sent my little car for a makeover. Believe it or not, that is actually a wrap - I asked for Grigio Telesto, but as they didn't have the exact shade, settled for almost Grigio Medio. Wheels were changed to Sparco Asseto Gara; I maintained 17-inch rims as I didn't want to have to spend more on rubbers. To fill up the arches, I went for 215/45/17 Michelin PS3s (stock are 215/40/17).

So this was a bit different and not something I’d thought of trying. What do you think? xx

I found this video I made back in late 2010 after visiting professional makeup artist Sandra Cormack in Dundee, Scotland. I had hired Sandra for one to one tuition in order to learn proper makeup technique and direction for when I cross-dressed as I am keen to hopefully one day pass as a woman.

I had been working on some motion graphics that day and during my lunch break I was in the mood to try and do something using graphics with the recent photos from the makeover tutorial. This video I came up with is so self indulgent I should really be ashamed of myself for such a blatant display of vanity. All I can recall though is just how amazing I felt and how much adored being my female alter ego for a few hours.

I should also apologise as I did post this video back in 2010 but eventually deleted it as I felt it was too indulgent and of little interest to others, Tonight though I'm enthused by watching it as I'm going through a long period of no opportunities to cross-dress. My sense of anticipation is building rather nicely for my hoped for next session likely to be in November later this year.

I had a serious problem with Duchess. This is the first purchase, where I have two dolls of the same characters and I feel no regrets cuz I love Duchess haha. At last I have two forms of her (white swan and black).

White swan isn't completely finished.

I think this was after a Phoebe visit

Beneath the arches of an old Moscow monastery, a bronze woman leans on a cross—Martos’s 1816 monument to Ivan Alekseev. Pure neoclassical poetry: a grieving figure and a portrait medallion. The sorrow feels direct and distinct, like summer thunder—silent now, but alive.

__

At Moscow’s Donskoy Cemetery: the tomb of Ivan Alekseev: Figure of “Faith” with a cross — symbol of belonging to the Church. Portrait medallion. The cross was stolen in the 1950s… but restorers brought it back — and even gave the statue a little “makeover.” Shot on expired Kodak Plus-X.

Technical Credits:

Location: Donskoy Monastery Necropolis, Moscow, Russia

Camera: Samsung Vega 77i QD

Film: Kodak Professional Plus-X 125 (expired December 2012)

Development: Kodak D-76

Scanner: Fujifilm Frontier SP-3000 (no corrections applied — raw scan)

Date: August 13, 2022

Notes: Film stored under unknown conditions for ~10 years past expiry. Results are experimental — a dialogue between time, chemistry, and chance. Grain softened, contrast reduced, tonal range subtly shifted. Each frame carries the memory of its own decay.

It always amazes me. We need to see more of her. Don't you agree?

Fantasies can come true!

Thanks Sugar!

I had a professional makeover done........Is that really me???

I absolutely adore having a makeover! There is something about being pampered as well as seeing yourself in a different light. I've not always posted pictures from these sessions (because I feel like I'm stealing unfair credit). But I have grown very envious of these earlier experiences. And am coming to the conclusion that time is fleeting.

Here are a few of my all time favorites.

2022 - BWBG (makeup by Cindy)

A hot bath is an instant one. It's been one hell of a week.

i should have gotten a better view of my yarn/fiber/fabric tower.

This is my second makeover ever and the first by the fabulous Chante. She did a great job and this was probably the first time I could See myself as a passable woman. So now the look could match what I feel inside. So really I have been trying to replicate this look ever since.
